Who is responsible for your data
ALURA GROUP SL (NRT L-720615U), Avinguda Doctor Mitjavila 3, P. Baixa, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra. You can reach us about anything related to your data at admin@alura.ad.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us. This website has no forms and stores nothing; you contact us by email. When you write to us, we receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Any other details you decide to include, such as your phone number, company or role.
- The content of your message and any attachments.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not create user profiles.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
- To manage job applications, if you write to us about working at Alura.
- To keep a record of our conversations while we are in contact.
We will never use your data to send you advertising unless you have expressly asked us to.
Legal basis
We process your data because you ask us to, by contacting us (your consent and the steps prior to a possible contract), and to comply with our legal obligations. This is in line with Andorran Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or our working relationship, and afterwards only for the periods required by law. Job applications are kept for a maximum of one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or give your data to third parties. It may be processed by the providers that host our email and systems, always under a contract that protects it. We only disclose data to authorities when the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to admin@alura.ad and tell us what you need. We'll reply within the legal deadline.
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA, www.apda.ad) or with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
